Sports Psychology: This Week’s Golf Tip

A young golf pro recently drove quite a distance to have a consult with me.  I was struck by the disorderly way that he kept his equipment and his golf gear.

Preparation is sports is very important.  In addition to teaching him some mental toughness techniques, I encouraged him to view his clubs and his gear as the tools of his livelihood.

I recommended that he keep everything in an orderly and professional manner going forward.

To win tournaments, you and your equipment must be in tip top shape.
