Sports Psychology And Fencing: How To Use The New Technology To Win More Tournaments

Over the years, I have counseled some of the top fencers in the country and in the world.
Frequently, fencers, especially young fencers, need help in managing down time between matches and in getting into the zone prior to competing.
Many of the fencer I work with find it useful to listen to one of my one minute "hypnotic pep talks" prior to competing.
I customize these talks and record directly onto their smart phones.
The talks about confidence, focus, aggressiveness, relaxation, resilience, staying in the present, remaining energized, finding the right mental gear and
zeroing in on getting that next touch.
Other fencers utilize my stay in the zone program which includes 21 hypnotic exercises which are all about relaxation, confidence, focus, quieting self criticism and staying in the moment.
