On Thursday, March 2 at 10:00 AM, I will lecture on hypnosis and how it can be used to facilitate mental health.
This lecture/workshop will be for students and faculty at the prestigious Bergen Academy in Hackensack, New Jersey.
The Bergen Academies attract and recruit outstanding students in The Garden State
I will outline the various ways I use hypnosis and hypnotherapy to treat anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic pain, low self-esteem. test anxiety, obesity and overeating, and performance anxiety.
I will also show how hypnosis can be used to strengthen and improve the mind body relationship.
The seminar will include demonstrations with members of the audience.
Hypnosis is quite valuable in helping athletes to get into the zone and stay there.
There is more information about this at StayInTheZone.com.
There are also a number of instant downloads that teach people how to use self-hypnosis to improve their performance.
