Dr. Christy Valentine Interviews Dr. J. Granat On Quitting Smoking

Today, I appeared on Dr. Christy Valentine’s radio program.  Dr. Valentine wanted me to inform her listeners about strategies they can use to end their addiction  to nicotine.  I outlined some techniques and I explained how the stress management program can be helpful in managing the anxiety and stress that cause people to smoke.  Here is a link to get more information about this program.
