What Can Be Done To Prevent Burn Out In Young Athletes?

Yesterday, I was interviewed by Eric Page, a reporter for the Quad City Times in Iowa.

I outlined the causes and cures for burn out among young athletes.

Interestingly, in many instances, coaches, parents and athletes are unaware of the signs of burn out. When an  athlete is burnt out, he or she can not perform to their fullest potential.

With the right mental training however, they can usually rediscover their skills and their potential.
