Sports Psychology: Tennis Players With Frozen Arms

This week three different tennis players came to see me because they feel that thier arm is frozen or locked when they are about to serve.

I have seen this problem many times in man sports and I have a number of solutions for this issue.

I have seen this same anxiety related problem in baseball players, basketball players and golfers.
