Sports Psychology: Nervous Parents And Nervous Athletes

Every week, I get calls from parents of athletes.  Some of these youngsters are suffering from performance anxiety.  Interestingly and not surprisingly, often one or more parents also presents with significant nervousness or anxiousness when I interview the family.

Sometimes, we help the whole family to manage their nerves in a more efficient manner.
