Sports Psychology: How To Make The Transition From Being A High School Star To A College Athlete

Evey week, I get calls from parents and athletes who are having difficulty transitioning from high school sports to college sports.  Sometimes, there are conflicts with coaches and with teammates.

Other times, it is hard to manage and balance academics and sports on this level.

Frequently, these kids lose confidence in this larger venue.

Adjusting to life at a Divsion I school can be quite challenging for many athletes.

I help the athletes to make these adjustments via counseling, my books and my programs.
