Opera Singers, Performance Anxiety And Sports Psychology

Over the years, I have counseled a number of performers and opera singers.  Opera singers are like world class athletes.  Most of them have spent thousands of dollars and countless hours mastering their craft.  Like Olympians, they need to learn how to stay relaxed, calm, focused and optimistic when the pressure is on.

And this is exactly what I teach them to do.  They need to learn how to get  into the zone when they audition or peform.  Many of them use my Stay In The Zone program.

Others may be interested in talking to me in person.  They can reach me at 888 580 ZONE.

Last, there is a brand new book out Get Into The Zone In Just One Minute: This book will be in Amazon.com shortly and Barnes And Noble.  This week you can get it from  the publisher.  Here is that link.
