Music Can Shape The Mood Of Athletes And Non-Athletes

I frequently integrate music into my therapy sessions with clients to help them to adjust their moods.  Recently, a reporter who was doing a story about Stevie Wonder interviewed me about the impact of his music on people.  Here is a link to that piece which was picked up by the Asbury Park Press.
