Jay P. Granat, Ph.D., Psychotherapist, Author and Founder

of StayInTheZone.com and Jon Manos, PGA professional will

show golfers how to master the mental and mechanical parts of 

golf at a free seminar at The Cresskill Library in Cresskill, New Jersey

      Dr. Granat was named one of America’s Top Mental Gurus by Golf Digest

Magazine. He has written numerous books and developed many self-help

programs for world class athletes, young athletes and weekend warriors.

        Based in River Edge, New Jersey, Dr. Granat will teach participants how to

stay calm, confident, resilient and focused on the golf course. He will also address the

mental barriers to playing in the zone.  Dr. Granat will also show how hypnosis can

help golfers to play in the zone more often.

        Jon Manos and Dr. Granat have worked together for many years.  The two of them

have helped golfers to master the mental and physical parts of the game.  Jon

knows how to simplify the game and how to make it fun.

       He has given thousands of golf lessons here and

abroad.
